Successful Marina's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system allows you to group your Customers together in groups (categories) you define (eg VIP Customers, Yacht Club Members). This way you can later on run mail merges and easily send bulk mailings, invoices, faxes and emails to a specific group only (eg Yacht Club members) without having to write all the addresses by hand. With Successful Marina you can also actively protect the environment by eliminating the cost of photocopying Customer's and Vessel's documents and file them into folders. With Successful Marina you can scan and/or attach documents, photos, the registration license of the vessel, the insurance contract of the vessel, photos of the vessel, customer related papers/photos (eg photo of the customer, Customer ID, Customer passport, etc), reservation/contract documents (like signed berthing agreement, signed lift out/launch in application, etc) and any other type of electronic document like Microsoft Word documents, Microsoft Excel files, PDF files, etc (see next screen shot): |
