Successful Marina keeps track of the services/products (we call these "charges") that need to be invoiced before the departure of a vessel so you are sure that nothing fell through the cracks.

The above screen shot displays the mooring fees that are not invoiced yet, per vessel. The first five columns display the contract number (each contract has its own, unique contract number), the name of the ship, its length and the dates of its contract. The last five columns calculate how many days are left to be invoiced and how much money this means. With this report you can periodically check that all vessels are invoiced as they should and nothing is forgotten.
