Historical data: a wealthy of information at your fingertips

Successful Marina keeps analytical records for every aspect of your business.

When you save the details of a Vessel and Customer into the Successful Marina, you no longer need to re type these details again. The information is stored for later use anytime, from any member of your staff. You can create a new reservation for a returning Vessel in seconds, because Successful Marina remembers everything about this Vessel.

The File window of Successful Marina (see below) displays an alphabetical list of all your Customers. The same list exists for Vessels, Owners, Captains and Agents.

Please note that in the screen shot above some texts are cropped to protect data privacy.

You can double click on a Customer in order to see its details, like his/her postal address, phone numbers, email address, etc. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of Successful Marina, allows you also to export this list (see "Export to file" button) to Microsoft Excel for further analysis or mail merge.

Successful Marina remembers also the details of the financial agreement you made with every Customer for any given time period (see screen shot below)...

... as well as all the places that a Vessel occupied during its stay with you.

In the "Financial agreement" window the user describes the "staying fees contract" that a Customer agreed to pay to the marina and/or the boatyard/drystack. In our case the vessel will be charged during the first period with the marina's "yearly" price list, then for a period with a flat fee of 10.456 ("Custom Rate" is actually a special contract that is agreed between the Customer and the marina) and then with the "monthly" price list.

In the "History of Vessel's places" window one can see how Successful Marina keeps record of all the different places a Vessel occupies over time. So it is very easy to find which boat occupied a place, even a year/month/week ago. Note the 50% increase of the staying fees (last column); this means that the Successful Marina will charge 50% more in staying fees for as long as this Vessel will occupy four berths (alongside mooring).
