If you issue a large volume of invoices, Successful Marina automates this procedure with the Batch Invoicing module. Simply put, the Batch Invoicing procedure allows you to select the time period you want to invoice (let's say last month) and then prints out all the invoices automatically. All calculations of charges for services and products sold are error-free and automated.

You can even filter which group of vessels will be invoiced first and which will be invoiced second by selecting the Customer or Vessel category (eg private vessels, professional vessels, vessels of the Yacht club, etc). Even after this filtering you still have absolute control over which invoices will be printed and which will be left for later on: just right click on the invoice you do not want to be printed and delete it from the list.

Whether you use the Batch Invoicing or not, the Successful Marina Data Bridge module can send your front office records (kept in Successful Marina) to any kind of E.R.P / Accounting Software (back office system) you may use. This way you will have accurate and if it is desirable, up to minute, communication between your front-office and back-office system.
