Enjoy higher Security and outstanding Control over what is happening in the marina/boatyard

Successful Marina has a strong Security System you can utilize in order to:

create job descriptions (or work roles) according to your business needs and practices (eg Reception, Berthing department, Workshop department, Marine Store department, Accounts department, Assistant Manager, Marina Manager, etc),
assign responsibilities to every person of your staff individually or as a member of a group, and, finally,
to authorize the use of Successful Marina only by the people you choose.

After these steps are completed, the Security System of Successful Marina permits access only to the people you authorized. And those who can access the system can only do the things that you allow them to do (eg issue invoices only, print income reports only, etc).

As shown on the screen shot above every user logins into the system by providing his/her user name and (secret) password. That way the system knows who this user is and what is allowed to do in the system.

Successful Marina has also build-in an Audit System. The Audit System records on a 24hrs basis all the actions and decisions made from every user (we call these 'events'). For example, when a user enters or exits the Successful Marina, issues an invoice or takes a decision, the Audit System records this action with a date-time stamp and a detailed description.

With the Audit System you can even search for events concerning a specific date/time, vessel, invoice or customer. You can also check the actions of a specific staff member. The next screen shot shows clearly that the user 'OMAR BURJAQ' on the 13th of May was working from the computer 'TALABAY-MARINA' and he decided to press 'OK' to the question that concerned the updating of arrival date of a Vessel.

The combination of these two systems, the Security and the Audit System, will help you run your business more secure, be sure that everyone will do what you expect him / her to do and maintain a level of control and auditing that could not be achieved otherwise.
